Process air containing low boiling substances for example HCFH (fluorinated hydrocarbons) can be treated in order to separate these and to condense them into liquid phase. This must be done in several steps and considerations must be taken that the process gas also can contain water.
The different processes in the system are cooling and drying of the process gas where the final step is adsorption in fixed beds bed at low temperature. The adsorption beds are regenerated with hot air and the hydrocarbon is brought into liquid phase by deep cooling.
The process is cooled by several cooling systems.
