Such areas are, metal industries, dry-cleaners, chemical industry etc.<br \/>Remediation of the contaminated land can be done by vacuum extraction off the soil and by pump and treat of the groundwater.<br \/>Purification of air from these processes can jointly be done in fixed bed adsorption systems. The contaminated groundwater is cleaned in a stripper where the VOC is stripped of with air. The air from the vacuum extraction is mixed with the stripper air and lead to the adsorption bed.
